The Ystävät (friends) pattern by Maija Louekari is based on the designer's recollection of a summer lawn covered with picnicking groups.. The design celebrates friendship; it is a tribute to all friends. The strikingly large, coloured surfaces and the boldly drawn figures of the pattern create a three-dimensional effect, in a manner characteristic of Maija's works.
Each roll measures 70cm wide, 10m long. Straight match, 100cm repeat. Printed on a non-woven paper backing. More colours and designs available.
